THE GOALS

STRATEGY – Like many B2C clients who connect with us, Watkins Realty needed help identifying the optimal approach to reach their target audience.

 

CONTENT CREATION – When we began our work together, Watkins Realty was rarely producing videos – individual realtors occasionally captured content of their listings. This only allowed them to post a couple times per week at best, not utilizing social media to its fullest potential.

We revamped Watkins Realty's Instagram branding to attract high-end apartment renters with a modern, minimalist design.

"Apartment Specials" brand has a modern and traditional design with open space, large imagery, and simple UX/UI practices. The name and logo are easy to remember and convey the idea of a place to go to speak about homes.

How can Apartment Specials stay relevant on social media while maintaining brand identity? We had a discovery session with Watkins Realty for clarity on their vision and mission.

Identify the intersectionality between the client's stylistic preferences and the brand's aesthetic identity.

Create a media plan that defines their brand while generating the mass-appeal necessary to grow reach.

THE SOLUTION

To create a solution that captures both brand vision and audience attention, ASX Social developed a style that combines clean lines and smooth shots with trending audio and a short runtime that guarantees repeat plays.

Our production method creates engaging content that attracts potential clients and Instagram. These three videos were shared over 136,000 times, generating significant engagement and promoting our future content.

AI Lead Generation

The key component of Apartment Specials' lead generation strategy was a lead capture bot. This program works in the background of their social media page, sending direct messages to all commenters and collecting their contact information. The bot then delivers this information to an external Excel spreadsheet, enabling the Watkins Realty team to reach out to new clients without spending money on ads.
